They're bringing sexy back

Following the success of the first private viewing of the conceptual showcase Erotic Photography, previously presented by art gallery newcomer *soaringbird studios*, a second installment, open to the general public, will be held on Friday, February 11th, from 6:00-10:00PM, at Canale Gallery located at 500 W. 18th Street in the Pilsen arts district.

Friday, February 11th also marks the second Friday of the month, which means Pilsen, just south of the loop, takes over the night. The Pilsen Art Walk, a monthly event, offers an opportunity for anyone to enjoy the vast array of galleries located on Halsted Street. Gallery owners, artists, musicians and creative types of all kinds, open up their galleries to the public allowing a glimpse into their artistic endeavors. Canale Gallery, which will host Friday's Erotic Photography Showcase, is located just a few blocks east of Halsted on 18th Street, directly on the corner of Canal and 18th.

*soaringbirds studios* will continue to create one-of-a-kind art showcases in 2011. The Erotic Photography exhibit includes work by Jacinto Ariza, Daniel Rangel, Jose Calvo and creative concept director Julieta Alvarez. The night will also feature a live darkwave-melodrama performance by band Future Passion and music by DJs Anthony Macias and Angelfuk . In addition, enjoy the variety of sexy treat selections offered by Passion Parties by Yesenia.

All this will be streamed live online by Mas Perros Productions .
