Los Pecados De Maria: Mini-Midwest Tour Announcement

After their successful five city tour of the Southwest United States, Chicago based rock band Los Pecados De Maria (The Sins Of Mary) continue spreading their eclectic brand of music to four cities in three Midwestern states including Wisconsin, Iowa, and Illinois. With rave reviews in Dallas, Austin, and Houston Texas, LPDM is excited about taking their new show to Midwest audiences.

Los Pecados de Maria, or LPDM as affectionately known to their legions of fans, was started in 2004 by lead singer and acoustic guitarist Marialen Magana. In the five years since the band was formed, they have become one of the most sought-after Latin Hard Rock acts in the Midwest. The band includes Chicago natives Marialen Magaña A.K.A. "La Pecadora" on lead vocals, Javier Cazares on lead guitar, Gus Santana on bass guitar and Alex Reynoso on drums.

"The band's performances are that of seasoned rockers; precise, energetic and visually exciting" wrote Mario Salazar of ChicagoRocks.com, "their music includes all the colors of their varied influences while still maintaining their Latin roots and heritage in songs that make 'musical sense' and appeal to many different types of people."

LPDM was recently awarded the best Indie Latin Alternative Music award by a collective of the top live music venues in the Chicago Area.
